IntaPages CMS Source-code
IntaPages CMS software is supplied encrypted; all files that utilise output from the database are encrypted with the exception of the root folder index.cfm file (your home page) and the template files which make up the main navigation area (this is usually the top nav file and bottom nav file, but may also include other templates on request) .

Source-code of any derivitive software products, and IntaPages/IntaPortals websites which have been developed using the intaPages CMS software, by intaPages, remains the sole ownership of intaPages.
All documents and website files created by IntaPages at the request of intaPages' clients - which are being hosted on the client's server during the development period - remain the sole property of IntaPages until full payment for said programming/work requested is received by IntaPages.
