Template Products and Software Products
Prerequisite to purchase of our products you have read and fully accepted the below terms and conditions. Any copying, republication or redistribution of IntaPages products and or content, including by caching, framing or similar means, is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of the copyright owner.

License Agreement
IntaPages grants you a non-exclusive and limited license to use the web templates/software sold on our site(s) in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

Licence
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our product to fit your purposes.
The Product is licensed not sold. The price paid provides a single license for the Product to be used on one domain-name host platform. A separate payment is to be made for each and every additional license before the Product is used in any additional way whatsoever. Failure to observe the terms of license will be construed as theft of property and will be pursued accordingly.

Unauthorized Use
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from IntaPages. You may not use the Software Product in any manner that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of IntaPages or any other party. You may not merge the product with another software product.

Assignability
You may not resell, rent, lease, redistribute, sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from IntaPages.

Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. Additionally you must not alter, remove, inhibit or relocate IntaPages copyright notices or IntaPages logos within any of the products. Although the Licensee may own the files that constitute the Software Product, the Licensee does not become the owner of, and IntaPages remains title to the Software Product.

Liability
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall IntaPages be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of, or inability to use our products.

Minimum Requirements
Coldfusion Server 8 or above,
MS Access 2000 DSN/Datasource registration
(or) MS SQL Server database administration facility.

Refunds
To preserve the integrity of our business, we do not offer credits, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. No exceptions.

Downloadable Products Support
Purchasers downloading files-only products from IntaPages' website may at any time request IntaPages to replace the purchased/downloaded Product to a configured and installed Product on payment of additional fees.

PayPal Purchases requiring purchaser identification
We reserve the right to request proof of identity from any PayPal member. Furthermore, all New Unverified PayPal members will be required to provide proof of identity. Proof of identity may be provided in the form of scanned copies of a driver's licence and one other supporting document, such as a utility bill or telephone bill. Please note: If you are unable to provide this documentation, please do not process your order via PayPal. Your purchase of our product(s) via PayPal implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Use of IntaPages.co.uk

intaPages resells services from 3rd party providers, and intaPages clients must abide by the policies of those 3rd party product or service providers. IntaPages will inform you if you are using any 3rd party services provided by IntaPages, and IntaPages customers should request a copy of the terms and conditions of such provider if in doubt about such terms and conditions.

intaPages reserve the right to withdraw such services if intaPages' client(s) do not abide by the policies of the 3rd party provider(s). In the case of a intaPages customer abusing or not conforming to a policy or policies set by one of intaPages' 3rd party suppliers, and where that customer has been provided with the 3rd party service via intaPages, intaPages reserve the right to cancel or remove the product or service from the customer(s) without notice, at intaPages own discretion, without a refund to the intaPages client.

Although we do our best to keep hosting services supplied with our websites/cms running to the maximum possible (100% uptime) level, due to periodical server maintenance by 3rd party providers, and other such necessary situations, IntaPages does not guarantee a 100% uptime service level with the hosting accounts supplied by IntaPages, although we do our best to try and maintain it.

Anti-Spam Compliancy
Customers using web-hosting services provided by intaPages or via intaPages' 3rd party providers must abide by commonly accepted anti-spam rules, and/or the anti-spam rules set by the 3rd party web hosting provider.

Mass Emailing: We do not allow mass emailing via the shared email server provided with our hosting accounts, regardless of whether it is unsolicited or solicited email.

intaPages reserve the right to cancel web hosting services provided by intaPages, without notice, if intaPages receive a report of mass emailing, unsolicited emails being sent from or promoting websites/webpages held on the intaPages or 3rd party provider's server, or if the intaPages client is using methods in breach of anti-spam laws to promote website(s) hosted on the intaPages or 3rd party hosting provider's servers, where such hosting was provided via intaPages.

Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated in a written contract, intaPages retains all intellectual property rights on any cms-based software and websites, and website content management products created by intaPages. intaPages clients receive a licence to use what intaPages has created.

General Provisions
Unless otherwise specified, the information and materials in the site are presented solely for the purpose of promoting products and services of intaPages and it's suppliers. intaPages makes no representation that intaPages's Material is appropriate or available for use in every country of the world. You use this Web Site at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, keeping in mind that access to intaPages's Material may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. Products of intaPages are available in many parts of the world. However, this Web Site may describe products that are not available worldwide.
